We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, truck name and sign-in method (email or Google).
• Subscription details: plan, trial and renewal dates. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Settings saved on your device, such as filters.

How we use it

• To provide your account, dashboard and subscription.
• To send receipts and important service notices.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the app: our secure hosting and sign-in provider, Stripe for payments, and Google if you sign in with Google. We do not sell your information.

Storage & retention

Data is stored securely and kept while your account is active, or as required for tax and legal records.

Google advertising measurement

We use Google Ads to measure advertising and optimise ads toward completed free trials. Where permitted, Google receives advertising identifiers, page and device information, and a completed-trial event with a checkout reference for duplicate prevention. We do not send your name, email or card details for advertising matching. Google may process information overseas. See how Google uses information.

Visitors in consent-required or unknown regions are asked before advertising measurement loads. Elsewhere ordinary measurement is enabled unless you reject it. Cookie settings lets you accept, reject or withdraw permission at any time. Your device records your choices, an anonymous visitor reference, the time and the notice shown; withdrawing does not erase the earlier choice record. Refusal blocks future advertising events and does not affect access to your subscription.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
