Trial & Cancellation Terms

Free trial

• Every plan (Weekly AUD $25, Monthly AUD $90, Annual AUD $800) includes one 3-day free trial per account.
• A payment method is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan starts automatically and your payment method is charged the plan price.

Billing & renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each week, month or year until cancelled.
• Prices are in Australian dollars. Receipts are emailed and available from Billing & receipts in your dashboard.
• If a payment fails, access may be paused until payment is updated.

How to cancel

• Open your dashboard, choose Billing & receipts, select your subscription and choose Cancel subscription.
• Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.
• Cancel after billing starts and you keep access until the end of the current paid period; you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Payments already made are not refunded for partial periods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
